There is Nothing More Blue Than This G63 AMG Interior

Brabus is world famous for its wild tuning programs for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

The German tuning company is mostly known for its ridiculously powerful tuned AMGs, like its 900 HP S65 AMG or 800 HP E63 AMG. One of its latest creations caught our attention for a reason other than performance, however.

Brabus recently fulfilled a custom interior order for an owner of a new 2019 Mercedes-AMG G63. This buyer wanted something a bit different – propositioning Brabus to completely reupholster the interior of the vehicle in blue suede and leather with white contrasting diamond stitching throughout. The unique G63 also received matte carbon fiber trim, aluminum Brabus pedals and Brabus logos on the seats and headrests.

Apart from the interior, this G63 is otherwise stock. The performance SUV is plenty fast from the factory, though, making 577 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque from its 4.0-liter twin turbo V8. The engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, enabling a brief 0-60 mph sprint of 4.4s. The top speed of the boxy SUV is 149 mph.

Brabus said it plans on releasing details on its full tuning program for the new G63 AMG later this month, so stay posted for details on performance upgrades for the SUV. The company already announced its tuning program for the lesser G500 earlier this year, which boosts output of the SUV’s 4.0-liter from 416 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque to 500 hp and 524 lb-ft of torque. It also gets exterior modifications like a Brabus vented hood, Brabus wheels and carbon accents, so we’re expecting similar equipment for the G63.

We’ll have all the details on the Brabus G63 AMG when it lands in a couple of weeks. For now, have a look at one of the wildest interiors we’ve ever seen in the gallery above.
