The Tesla Model 3 has finally been unveiled and it might just live up to the hype.

Although what Tesla is showing off is more of a prototype than a production model, it gives us a really good look at what to expect when the Model 3 starts arriving late next year. Prior to its unveiling, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that the event would be “part 1” of the Model 3’s unveil with “part 2” coming closer to production.

Regardless, the American automaker let loose some details, promising that the base model will come with a minimum 215-mile range and will go zero-to-60 mph in less than 6 seconds. Expect plenty more with the higher trim variants.
