A custom Bentley Continental GT V8 S convertible will be auctioned for charity at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.

The British luxury automaker commissioned Sir Peter Blake to deliver the world’s first pop art Bentley, with the colorful convertible donated to the Care2Save Charitable Trust, which provides palliative and hospice care around the world.

Sir Peter Blake is perhaps best known for designing the sleeve for The Beatles iconic Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album and put some of his iconic touches on the custom Bentley. For example, the St James Red heart motif that has been hand painted on the hood of the Continental GT V8 S is instantly recognizable as a Sir Peter trademark. The majority of the drop-top is finished in St Luke’s Blue, a bespoke color introduced by Sir Peter while the lower body boasts a British Racing Green finish.

The colorful treatment continues into the cabin with each seat trimmed in a different hide color. Sir Peter’s signature can be found on the fascia panel and is also embroidered on all four headrests, while unique storage cases featuring Piano Black veneer outer have been contrasted with Continental Yellow and St James Red internal linings. There is also a distinctive treadplate that signifies this Continental GT as a Sir Peter Blake design along with the “No. 1 of 1” designation.

Watch for the Bentley Continental GT V8 S convertible to cross the auction block at the Bonhams auction on June 24 at the 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
