Mansory has unleashed its version of the Bentley GTC at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show packing 1,001 horsepower.

The German tuner, known for its love for all things carbon fiber, has transformed the Bentley GTC from bumper to bumper, outfitting it with a new front end featuring optimized air intakes for enhanced airflow to the front radiators. In addition, there’s a vented hood, side skirts, A-pillars, rear diffuser and rear wings all manufactured from carbon fiber on the luxury convertible. Mansory says that the new rear spoiler and diffuser help increase the car’s downforce.

To get the engine churning 1,001 hp and 885 pound-feet of torque, Mansory built the bottom end with new pistons and rods while the top end got a new camshaft. An upgraded turbocharger, intercooler, air filter and exhaust help the engine breathe, allowing the Mansory Bentley GTC to go 0-62 mph in just 3.9 seconds. New engine and transmission management also allows the drop-top to have a top speed of 205 mph.

Finishing the exterior is a set of 22-inch wheels paired to Vredestein Ultrac Vorti R tires in a 295/30/22 size. The convertible has also been lowered 1.18 inches compared to the standard model.
