Starting early next year, Volvo will be selling its V60 model in North America and those hoping for more power from the Euro wagon can look forward to a hopped-up Polestar variant.

Spied testing by AutoGuide‘s photographers, the Polestar V60 features aerodynamic spoilers, larger wheels, stickier tires and Brembo brake calipers. As with all Polestar vehicles, the V60 was spied in the traditional Rebel Blue finish and the wagon is expected to have around 350 hp from a 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive.

The standard V60 will ultimately be sold in America with Volvo’s new 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that could have as much as 302 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque thanks to a turbocharger and supercharger. The base V60 model will be good for 240 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. Initially however, Volvo will launch the V60 with its current lineup of five- and six-cylinder engines.
