The Jaguar F-Type V8 S already makes 495 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque, but the British brand has an even hotter version of its new sports car in store.

Our spy photographers snapped some shots of what looks like a standard F-Type Coupe, but this car is complete with some small details that tip-off its true nature.

The brakes are the largest indicator that this F-Type is indeed special. The calipers are yellow units that are larger than on the standard car, and they are marked with “Jaguar Carbon Ceramics,” looking quite a bit like the brakes found on the Jaguar XKR-S GT. The rotors are also cross-drilled, another feature which does not currently exist on any F-Type model.

To compliment all the extra stopping power, a more powerful engine will be fitted under the hood. An output of around 550 hp would make sense considering that is the output of the XKR-S which uses the same 5.0-liter supercharged V8 as the F-Type. However, a previous report has the car pegged at an insane 700 hp.
