Infiniti Q30 Concept Courts Younger Buyers
In a mix of contemporary design and everyday practicality, Infiniti just released the first image of its Q30 concept bound for the Frankfurt Motor Show on September 10.
The concept mixes design elements that build on style cues currently seen in the new Q50 sedan, but in a five-door hatchback package. Aside from the liftgate, it also features an increased ride height more akin to a crossover. But the name suggests that this isn’t a crossover preview. Were that the case, it would wear a “QX” badge rather than a “Q.”

Dimensions, and indeed details at all are still under wraps aside from the picture. Still, the name also suggests that this model will sit below the Q50, which is a strong sign that Infiniti plans the production version to serve as an alternative to recently released small German hatchbacks.
More information about the concept is likely to emerge leading up to the official debut in a little less than two weeks.
